循证护理在寻常型天疱疮患者护理中的应用观察

Observation on the application of evidence-based nursing in the care of patients with pemphigus vulgaris

目的探讨在寻常型天疱疮患者护理中应用循证护理的效果。方法选择2017年1月一2022年6月我院收治的寻常型天疱疮患者40例,按照随机数字表的方式将患者进行平均分组,对照组20例常规护理,研究组20例循证护理,分别利用焦虑与抑郁(SAS/SDS)自评量表、健康生活调查量表(SF-36)评估患者心理情绪、生活质量的改善,另观察患者的并发症现象,最后在利用科室自拟的问卷调查其护理满意度。结果研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分为(39.62±3.89)、(38.83±3.78)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、精力、总体健康状况与社会功能评分各为(65.43±6.57)、(70.52±7.12)、(67.35±6.83)、(63.42±6.27)、(71.42±7.22)、(62.42±6.34)、(64.42±6.49)、(68.55±6.88)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症率为5.00%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度为100.00%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在寻常型天疱疮患者护理中应用循证护理的效果理想,可改善患者的心理不良情绪,降低并发症风险,有利于患者生活质量与满意度的提高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in the care of patients with pemphigus vulgaris.Methods Forty patients with pemphigus vulgaris admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:a control group of 20 patients receiving routine care,and a study group of 20 patients receiving evidence-based care,The improvement of patients psychological emotions and quality of life was evaluated using the Self Rating Anxiety and Depression Scale(SAS/SDS)and the Healthy Life Survey Scale(SF-36),respectively.The complications of the patients were also observed,Finally,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their nursing satisfaction.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after nursing were(39.62±3.89)and(38.83±3.78),both lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical pain,physiological function,physiological function,mental health,emotional function,energy,overall health status,and social function in the study group were(65.43±6.57),(70.52±7.12),(67.35±6.83),(63.42±6.27),(71.42±7.22),(62.42±6.34),(64.42±6.49),and(68.55±6.88),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 5.00%,lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the care of patients with pemphigus vulgaris has an ideal effect,can improve their psychological distress,reduce the risk of complications,and is beneficial for improving their quality of life and satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
