循证护理在预防重症颅脑损伤患者并发症及改善预后的效果探讨

Effect of evidence-based nursing on preventing complications and improving prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的探究循证护理在预防早期重症颅脑损伤患者并发症及改善近期预后的效果。方法选取本院2021年1月-12月收治的46例重症颅脑损伤患者作为对照组(接受常规护理),选取本院2022年1月-12月收治的42例重症颅脑损伤患者作为研究组(接受循证护理)。观察两组并发症发生情况及护理满意度,并对两组恢复情况(NIHSS评分、FMA评分、MBI评分)进行干预前后对比。结果研究组并发症总发生率11.90%,比对照组30.43%低(P<0.05)。两组干预后NIHSS评分比干预前低,FMA评分、MBI评分比干预前高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率95.24%,比对照组80.43%高(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在预防早期重症颅脑损伤患者并发症中效果显著,可有效改善患者近期预后。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing complications and improving recent prognosis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 46 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group(receiving routine care),and 42 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research group(receiving evidence-based care).The occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed,and the recovery conditions(NIHSS score,FMA score and MBI score)were compared before and after the intervention.Results The overall incidence of complications in the study group was 11.90%,lower than 30.43%in the control group(P<0.05).NIHSS scores were lower than before intervention,FMA scores and MBI scores were higher than before intervention,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than the 80.43%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based care is effective in preventing the complications of early severe craniocerebral injury patients,and can effectively improve the recent prognosis of patients.
