在经济发展中,会计工作涉及各个领域,会计人员的综合素养决定着会计工作的质量。实现课程思政与新时代会计人才培养有机融合需要:通过教学内容融入思政元素实现价值引领;完善会计专业课程体系实现多学科融合,培养复合型人才;通过课证融通教学模式和多种思政教学方法的应用培养综合能力,实现全面发展,培养为社会主义经济建设服务的新时代会计人才。

In the economic development,accounting work involves various fields,accounting personnel’s comprehensive literacy determines the quality of accounting work.In order to integrate the curriculum ideological and political education with the training of accounting talents in the new era,we should integrate the ideological and political elements with the teaching content to achieve value guidance;improve the accounting curriculum system to achieve multidisciplinary integration and cultivate compound talents;adopt the integrated teaching mode and the application of a variety of ideological and political teaching methods to cultivate comprehensive ability to achieve comprehensive development,train accounting talents for the socialist economic construction in the new era.
