Long-term exercise can generate a series of physiological adaptations, promote the improvement of human function, and improve physical health. However, the lack of exercise time is the most common obstacle to persisting in long-term exercise. Therefore,it is very important to choose exercise methods, such as training that has a short duration and can achieve exercise results. The high-intensity interval training mode is characterized by repeated high-intensity exercise for a short time, which practices"maximum"or"close to maximum"exercise intensity, has short total exercise time, and can cause greater training stimulation. Therefore, the high-intensity interval training mode has attracted attention.Research shows that high-intensity interval training can induce many physiological adaptations and promote the improvement of physical health of different groups, but it is necessary to evaluate the feasibility and safety of high-intensity interval training in different groups.
