山西省体育产业布局面临的问题及优化路径 被引量:1

摘要 体育产业作为第三产业中的朝阳行业,其产业布局和发展潜能不仅对当地体育事业的发展具有重要影响意义,更对该地的文化、人文环境建设和经济转型发展具有重要意义。因此,该文立足山西能源型城市现有的体育产业发展基础,从竞技体育产业和休闲体育产业两方面分析该省体育产业布局及其发展思路、策略探索,并探索山西省体育产业现存主要问题及发展影响因素,提出以下3点优化发展路径:第一,构建山西特色体育产业全产业,通过多方布局,探寻快速增长点;第二,构建政治、经济、文化、体育多部门一体化决策机制,提升体育产业供给结构;第三,打造数字引擎,构建体育产业新业态。 As a sunrise industry in the tertiary industry,the industrial layout and development potential of the sports industry not only have an important significance for the development of the local sports industry,but also have important significance for the construction of the cultural and humanistic environment and the transformation and development of economy in this region.Therefore,based on the existing development foundation of the sports industry in energy-oriented cities in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the layout,as well as the development ideas and strategic exploration of the sports industry in this province from the two aspects of the competitive sports industry and leisure sports industry,explores the existing main problems and influence factors of the development of the sports industry in Shanxi Province,and proposes to optimize the development path from the following three points.First,build the whole industry of the sports industry with Shanxi's characteristics,and explore rapid growth points through the multi-aspect layout.Secondly,establish an integrated decision-making mechanism for multiple departments in politics,economy,culture and sports and enhance the supply structure of the sports industry.Thirdly,create a digital engine and build a new format for the sports industry.
