乡村振兴下农村体育治理的模式选择与路径优化

Mode Selection and Path Optimization of Rural Sports Governance under Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是我国重要的发展战略和方向,在乡村振兴战略中,农村体育是不可或缺的重要组成部分,科学有效的农村体育治理体系可以很好地促进农村体育的健康发展,有助于乡村振兴战略的顺利实施,保障农村居民的身心健康。该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对乡村振兴下农村体育治理的模式选择与路径优化展开研究。研究认为,当前我国农村体育治理的模式主要有经济发达且人口密集型的治理模式、经济发达且人口离散型的治理模式、经济欠发达且人口密集型的治理模式、经济欠发达且人口离散型的治理模式。虽然农村体育治理的模式比较多样化,但每种模式当中都存在一些问题,影响了农村体育的可持续性发展。建议:在当前乡村振兴战略发展背景下,在农村体育治理中,要拓展农村体育的资金来源,构建多元化农村体育治理主体框架,提升农村公共体育服务水平,完善农村体育治理的政策制度。

The strategy of rural revitalization is an important development strategy and direction in China.In the development strategy of rural revitalization,rural sports are an indispensable important component,and the scientific and effective system of rural sports management can well promote the healthy development of rural sports,help the smooth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and safeguard the physical and mental health of rural residents.This paper uses the literature method and other research methods to study the mode selection and path optimization of rural sports governance under rural revitalization.It is believes that at present,the models of rural sports governance in China mainly include the economically developed and population-intensive governance model,economically developed and population-discrete governance model,economically underdeveloped and population-intensive governance model,and economically underdeveloped and population-discrete governance model.Although the models of rural sports governance are relatively diversified,there are some problems in each model,affecting the sustainable development of rural sports.It is suggested that under the background of the current development of the strategy of rural revitalization,in rural sports governance,it is necessary to expand the funding sources of rural sports,build a diversified main framework of rural sports governance,improve the level of rural public sports services,and improve the policies and systems of rural sports governance.
