多重制度逻辑视角下校园足球教练员队伍建设纾困研究

Research on the the Construction and Relief of the Campus Football Coach Team from the Perspective of Multiple Institutional Logic

校园足球作为学校体育的重要组成部分,是促进青少年全面发展的重要举措之一,配齐配好校园足球教练员是校园足球发展的关键。目前,校园足球教练员匮乏已经成为限制我国校园足球活动开展的瓶颈,为提高我国校园足球教练员的数量与质量,需要对当前校园足球教练员队伍建设面临的困境进行深入剖析,并有效纾困。基于多重制度逻辑的理论框架,认为我国校园足球教练员队伍建设在新时代制度情境下面临着政策、市场、教育、体育相互冲突的多重制度逻辑,当前存在的困境则是多重制度逻辑冲突与实际需求不协调所造成的。而“外力与内力”深度融合的建设模式,能够创造性地整合多重制度逻辑,进而有效地消除我国校园足球教练员队伍建设中所浮现的乱象,缓解校园足球发展的教师资源压力,促进校园足球的健康可持续发展。

Campus football,as an important component of school sports,is one of the important measures to promote the comprehensive development of teenagers,and equipping campus football coaches completely and well is the key to the development of campus football.At present,the lack of campus football coaches has become a bottleneck restricting the development of campus football activities in China.In order to enhance the quantity and quality of campus football coaches in China,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of the difficulties faced by the current construction of campus football coach teams and effectively alleviate them.Based on the theoretical framework of multiple institutional logic,it is believed that the construction of campus football coach teams in China is facing multiple institutional logic that policies,markets,education and sports conflict in the institutional situation of the new era,and that the current dilemma is caused by the inconsistency between the constraints of multiple institutional logic conflicts and actual needs.The construction model of the deep integration of"external forces and internal forces"can creatively integrate multiple institutional logic,and effectively eliminate the chaos that arise in the construction of campus football coach teams in China,in order to alleviate the bottleneck of teacher resources in the development of campus football and promote the healthy and sustainable development of campus football.
