摘要
试验探究了努比亚山羊体重与体尺指标的相关关系,并建立体重与体尺指标之间的最优回归方程,为山羊品种选育工作的开展和生长发育性状遗传参数的估计提供参考依据。随机选取32只3月龄努比亚山羊并测量其体重(Y)、体高(X_(1))、体斜长(X_(2))、胸围(X_(3))、胸宽(X_(4))、胸深(X_(5))、管围(X_(6))、最大额宽(X_(7)),运用EXCEL和SPSS25.0分析软件对其数据初步整理,进行相关分析并建立回归方程。结果表明:努比亚山羊体重与各体尺指标均呈极显著相关(P<0.01),胸围(X_(3))对其体重影响最大,相关系数为0.900;体高(X_(1))、体斜长(X_(2))、胸宽(X_(4))、胸深(X_(5))、管围(X_(6))、最大额宽(X_(7))主要是通过胸围(X_(3))对体重产生间接作用;努比亚山羊体重与体尺之间的最优回归方程为Y=-27.422+0.759X_(3)(R=0.900,P<0.01),标准化后的回归方程为Y=0.900X_(3)(R^(2)=0.811,P<0.01)。
This experiment explored the correlation between body weight and body size indexes of Nubian goats,and established the optimal regressive equation between body weight and body size indexes,so as to provide reference for goats breed selection and genetic parameter estimation of growth and development traits in the future.The experiment randomly selected 32 Nubian goats aged 3 months and measured their body weight(Y),body height(X_(1)),body slanting length(X_(2)),chest girth(X_(3)),chest width(X_(4)),chest depth(X_(5)),leg girth(X_(6))and maximum forehead width(X_(7)).The EXCEL and SPSS25.0 analysis software were used to preliminarily sort out the date,carry out correlation analysis and establish the regression equation.The results showed that the body weight of Nubian goats is significantly correlated with the body size(P<0.01),and the chest girth(X_(3))has the greatest influence on the body weight,with the correlation coefficient of 0.900.Body height(X_(1)),body slanting length(X_(2)),chest width(X_(4)),chest depth(X_(5)),leg girth(X_(6))and maximum forehead width(X_(7))have indirect effects on body weight mainly through chest girth(X_(3)).The optimal regression equation between Nubian goat weight and body size is Y=-27.422+0.759X_(3)(R=0.900,P<0.01),and the standardized regression equation is Y=0.900X_(3)(R^(2)=0.811,P<0.01).
