摘要
为探究呼和浩特地区规模化奶牛场粪污不同温湿环境条件下的发酵情况,通过控制固液分离时的固体牛粪含水量对比,不同含水量的牛粪发酵的完全性,分析自然发酵的最低温度和不同气候条件对牛粪发酵温度和发酵速度的影响。结果表明:在不同温度下对液体牛粪利用固液分离机进行固液分离,进行自然堆积发酵,固体牛粪含水量为50%,最低发酵温度在12℃以上;固体牛粪含水量65%~70%,最低发酵温度为15℃。研究结果提示,牛粪自然堆积发酵,受外界气候,温度因素影响很大,在外界平均气温低于15℃或者发酵中降温严重时,则不能完成发酵;为避免外部牛粪发酵不完全,应进行翻堆促使发酵彻底。
To study the fermentation status of cow dung under different temperature and humidity conditions in scale farms in Hohhot,the effect of minimum temperature for natural fermentation and different climate on the fermentation temperature and speed of cow dung was analyzed by controlling the water content of solid cow feces during solid-liquid separation,and the fermentation completeness of cow feces with different water content as well.The results showed when the liquid cow feces were separated by liquid-solid separator under different temperatures,and when the natural fermentation was carried out,the water content in solid cow dung was 50%,the minimum fermentation temperature was above 12℃;when the water content in solid cow dung was 65%to 70%,the minimum fermentation temperature was 15℃.The results reveal that the natural fermentation of cow dung is affected by the climate and temperature greatly,when the mean temperature is below 15℃or the temperature declines significantly during fermentation,the fermentation is not completed.So,artificial turning is necessary to make the fermentation complete.
