针刺结合穴位注射小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗孤独型孤独症谱系障碍临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with Acupoint Injection of calf serum deproteinized injection in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder

目的观察针刺结合穴位注射小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗孤独型孤独症谱系障碍的临床疗效。方法选取西安中医脑病医院孤独症专科诊疗的60例孤独型孤独症谱系障碍患儿作为此次的研究对象。利用随机对照法将患儿分为对照组以及研究组,每组30例。对照组给予康复训练(个训和小组融合教育交替)方法,研究组在对照组基础上给予针刺、穴位注射。治疗疗程为三个月。观察患儿两组治疗效果。结果研究治疗总有效率高于对照组;治疗后,研究组的ABC评分中感觉能力、交往能力、运动能力、语言能力、自理能力和总分明显的低于对照组;治疗后,研究组的CARS评分显著低于对照组,C-PEP评分明显的高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合穴位注射小牛血清去蛋白注射液在改善孤独型孤独症谱系障碍的言语认知、社交方面有较好的疗效,减轻患儿的临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of calf serum deproteinization injection in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder.Methods 60 cases of lonely autism spectrum disorder children in Xi’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy Hospital were selected as the research object.The children were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training that alternating individual training and group integration education.The study group was given acupuncture and Acupoint Injection on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was three months.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ABC scores of sensory ability,communication ability,motor ability,language ability,self-care ability and total score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CARS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the C-PEP score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of calf serum deproteinization injection has a good effect on improving speech cognition and social communication of autism spectrum disorder,reducing the clinical symptoms of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
