摘要
电线电缆通常都是重叠缠绕成捆成束地安装在密闭狭小的建筑管道内的,而建筑管道内的通风散热效果较差,很容易引发火灾风险。发生火灾时,电线电缆燃烧会消耗周围环境的大量氧气并产生浓密烟雾,因此降低电线电缆发烟量对保证各类人员的安全撤离及消防救援工作的开展具有重要意义。基于此,为帮助电缆检验及相关从业人员提升认知和理解,探讨了影响电缆烟密度试验的主要因素及控制措施。
Wires and cables are usually overlapped and wrapped in bundles and installed in closed and narrow building pipes.Due to the poor ventilation and heat dissipation effect in building pipes,fire risks are easily caused.When a fire occurs,the burning of wires and cables consumes a large amount of oxygen in the surrounding environment and produces dense smoke.Therefore,reducing the amount of smoke emitted by wires and cables is of great significance for ensuring the safe evacuation of various personnel and the implementation of fire rescue work.Based on this,in order to help cable inspection and related professionals improve their awareness and understanding,the main factors affecting cable smoke density testing and control measures are explored.
