输电线路相位可视化现场安全技术交底方法

摘要 误登带电杆塔或误入带电相位一直是输电线路作业的防控重点,如何保证同杆塔架设多回线路中部分线路停电检修作业安全,已成为日常检修技改工作中不可避免的难题。现有的安全交底技术措施都是文字或简单图示的形式描述各种需作业点位置信息、带电体位置信息,无法有效对现场作业人员进行交底。为此提出了一种解决的方法,根据目标输电杆塔的点云数据为目标输电杆塔搭建点云视图,生成矢量导地线,并根据矢量导地线的相序确定导地线相位,生成对应的带相位信息的可视化图像。此方法更加直观,可降低检修作业人员的作业风险,提高检修作业人员的检修效率。 Mistakenly boarding live towers or entering live phases has always been the focus of prevention and control of transmission line operations.How to ensure the safety of power outage maintenance operations for some lines in multi-circuit lines erected on the same tower has become an inevitable problem in daily maintenance and technical transformation work.Existing technical measures for safety demand are written or simply illustrated to describe the location information of various operating points and the location information of charged objects,and they cannot effectively disclose the information to the on-site operators.Therefore,according to the point cloud data of the target transmission tower,a point cloud view is built for the target transmission tower,a vector ground conductor is generated,and the ground conductor phase is determined according to the phase sequence of the vector ground conductor,and the corresponding visualization image with phase information is generated.This method is more intuitive,which can reduce the operation risk of maintenance operators and improve the maintenance efficiency of maintenance operators.
