田湾核电二期主凝结水泵二切一运行分析

摘要 田湾3号机组100%额定功率凝泵切除试验(二切一)中发现RUPL动作结束后,堆功率维持在49%额定功率,但除氧器液位仍缓慢下降。表明一台凝结水泵无法维持50%额定功率,如果操纵员不干预,事件最终将发展为所有蒸汽发生器失去给水。从原理着手分析,得出一台主凝结水泵能维持的功率水平应为40%额定功率。将一台凝泵运行的RUPL限值由50%额定功率改为40%额定功率后,试验结果表明一台凝结水泵可以维持40%额定功率并在凝泵二切一的扰动下保证除氧器液位。 In the 100%rated power condensate pump excision test of Tianwan Unit 3(two cuts one),it was found that after the RUPL operation,the reactor power remained at 49%rated power,but the liquid level of the deaerator still decreased slowly.This indicates that one condensate pump was unable to maintain 50%of its rated power.If the manipulator did not intervene,the event would eventually develop into a loss of feed water to all steam generators.The principle analysis was carried out,and it was concluded that a main condensate pump can maintain 40%of the rated power.After changing the RUPL limit of a condensate pump from 50%rated power to 40%rated power,the test results show that a condensate pump can maintain 40%rated power and ensure the deaerator liquid level under the disturbance of two cut one of the condensing pump.
