核电厂辅助管道相控阵超声检测装置研制

摘要 保证核安全是核电厂运营的重要工作,以核电厂一回路辅助管道热疲劳裂纹检测为研究对象,在对比检验对象的结构特点和国内外管道检测装置现状后,设计出一套适用于核电厂辅助管道的多种类、系列化的管道扫查装置,实现了核电厂辅助管道相控阵超声检测的实时显示和记录。 Ensuring nuclear safety is an important work for the operation of nuclear power plants.Taking the thermal fatigue crack detection of primary auxiliary pipes in nuclear power plants as the research object,and based on the comparison of the structural characteristics of the inspection object and the status of pipeline detection devices at home and abroad,a set of pipeline scanning device suitable for the multi-category and series of auxiliary pipes in nuclear power plants is designed,which realizes real-time display and recording of phased array ultrasonic testing of auxiliary pipes in nuclear power plants.
