摘要
在设计两相混合式步进电机驱动电路时,为了提高驱动功率、降低驱动电路发热量,提出了一种基于DSP+半桥栅极驱动器的两相混合式步进电机驱动电路的设计方案。选用TMS320F28034作为核心控制器控制PWM信号,4个半桥栅极驱动器组成H桥将PWM信号功率放大,利用H桥下桥臂电阻进行电流采样,实现对两相混合式步进电机的控制。H桥放大电路在提升电路驱动能力的同时,还能降低驱动电路的发热量,该驱动电路可长时间驱动5N.M步进电机运行。
In order to improve the driving power and reduce the heating of the driving circuit,a design scheme of the driving circuit of the two⁃phase hybrid stepping motor based on DSP+half⁃bridge gate driver was proposed.TMS320F28034 is selected as the core controller to control the PWM signal.Four half bridge gate drivers form H bridge to amplify the PWM signal.Current sampling is carried out by the resistance of the lower bridge arm of H bridge to realize the control of the two⁃phase hybrid stepping motor.H⁃bridge amplifying circuit can not only improve the driving capacity of the circuit,but also reduce the heating of the driving circuit,the drive circuit can drive 5N.M stepper motor for a long time.
