This paper mainly introduces the design and research of the integrated production line system of automatic packaging equipment.In order to quickly and efficiently complete the packaging task of chemical production line equipment,save labor costs and improve efficiency,a set of integrated production line system of automatic packaging equipment is developed by means of process flow design of packaging production line.This paper describes the structure design,standardized function realization and process flow operation mode of the integrated production line system,and summarizes its advantages.The test results of automatic packaging equipment integrated production line system and traditional manual packaging are compared and analyzed,it can fully reflect the high efficiency,reliability and popularization of the integrated production line of automatic packaging equipment,a completely effective alternative to manual packaging,effective use of machinery to simplify cumbersome packaging procedures,reduce labor costs.
