摘要
为了解决某型舰载产品电路板保险丝上电频繁熔断的故障,论文首先对故障产生的条件进行了详细的梳理,其次对故障的现象及可能存在的原因进行了准确描述和全面分析,对各种可能的原因逐一进行了排查并开展了样机试验验证,最后锁定了最主要的原因并有针对性的进行了故障清除。故障处理结果表明,该故障的分析处理思路清晰、逻辑合理,准确地定位并解决了电路板故障,其电路故障分析逻辑和处理过程对电路设计与调试工作具有一定的参考借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problem that the circuit board fuse of an shipborne product is frequently blown when powerd on,Firstly this paper combs the fault conditions in detail.Secondly,it accurately describes and comprehensively analyzes the fault phenomenon and possible causes.Various possible causes are checked one by one and the prototype test verification is carried out.Finally,the main causes are locked and the fault is cleared pertinently.The result of fault treatment shows that the fault analysis and treatment idea is clear,logic and reasonable,and the circuit board is accurately located and solved.The circuit fault analysis logic and treatment process have certain reference significance for circuit design and debugging.
