摘要 针对水下测量装置特殊工作环境对电源系统的要求,提出了一种可低功耗待机、延时启动,完成器地电源转换,同时具备智能充放电管理的电源系统,具有较高的可靠性。主要介绍了电源系统中基于STM32的控制模块实现电源转换、延时启动、状态反馈等过程,BQ2057对锂电池的充电管理流程以及MIC29302线性稳压输出。同时也给出了电源系统热源器件的散热优化、锂电池保护工艺等可靠性方面的设计。经试验证明,该电源系统供电稳定、可靠性高,可满足在多种场景下的供电需求,输出电压纹波<10mV,满电状态下可为测量装置稳定供电不少于14h。 Aiming at the requirements of power supply system in special working environment of underwater measuring device,a power supply system with low power standby,delay start and intelligent charge and discharge management is proposed,which has high reliability.This paper mainly introduces the control module based on STM32 in the power supply system to realize the process of power transfer,delay start,state feedback,BQ2057 charging management process of lithium battery and MIC29302 linear voltage regulator output.At the same time,the heat dissipation optimization of the heat source device of the power system and the reliability design of the lithium battery protection process are also given.The test results show that the power supply system has stable power supply and high reliability,which can meet the power supply requirements in various scenarios.The output voltage ripple is less than 10 mV,and the measurement device can be stably powered for not less than 14 hours under full power.
