双通道红外CO_(2)气体传感器设计与实现

摘要 为了实现对生活工作环境中CO_(2)的检测,论文基于非分光红外(NDIR)差分检测技术,设计了一种双通道红外CO_(2)气体传感器检测系统。在气室结构方面,利用单光路双波长差分检测技术,提出了一种直射型气室结构。在硬件部分,以模块化的方式进行设计,包括单片机控制模块、红外光源驱动模块、电源模块和信号调理模块,提高了整个系统的信噪比。最终,搭建气体测试平台,采用标定法测量不同温度下热释电探测器两通道电压比值,经测试,该传感器可以实现在不同温度下对0~5%浓度内的CO_(2)气体进行检测,且测量误差小于0.2%,可满足消防、矿井监测等场合的需求。 In order to realize the detection of CO_(2)in living and working environment,this paper designs a dual-channel infrared CO_(2)gas sensor detection system based on non-spectral infrared(NDIR)differential detection technology.In the aspect of air chamber structure,a direct beam air chamber structure is proposed by using single optical path dual wavelength differential detection technology.In the hardware part,the modular design,including the control core module,infrared light source driver module,power module and signal conditioning module,improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the whole system.Finally,a gas test platform is built,and the calibration method is used to measure the voltage ratio of two channels of pyroelectric detector under different temperatures.The test shows that the sensor can detect CO_(2)gas within 0~5%concentration under different temperatures,and the measurement error is less than 0.2%,which can meet the needs of fire fighting,mine monitoring and other occasions.
