在线宣教平台联合多层次心理护理对行前列腺穿刺活检术患者依从性及负性情绪的影响

Effects of Online Education Platform Combined with Multi-level Psychological Nursing on Compliance and Negative Emotions in Patients Undergoing Prostate Needle Biopsy

目的探究在线宣教平台联合多层次心理护理对行前列腺穿刺活检术(PNB)患者依从性及负性情绪的影响。方法于2022年12月至2023年4月本院收治的行PNB患者中选取104例作为研究对象,并按入院顺序分成对照组(2022年12月至2023年2月)51例和研究组(2023年3月至2023年4月)53例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予在线宣教平台联合多层次心理护理+常规护理,时长为7d。比较两组心理状态量表(SCL-90)、PNB知识水平、疼痛程度(NRS)评分和依从性的差异。结果干预后,研究组的NRS、SCL-90各项评分均低于对照组,PNB知识水平、依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在线宣教平台联合多层次心理护理对行PNB患者的护理效果显著,能有效改善心理状态和PNB认知水平,减轻疼痛程度,提高依从性。

Objective To explore the effects of online education platform combined with multi-level psychological nursing on compliance and negative emotions in patients undergoing prostate needle biopsy(PNB).Methods A total of 104 patients undergoing PNB in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between December 2022 and April 2023.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group(between December 2022 and February 2023,51 cases)and study group(between March and April 2023,53 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while study group was additionally given online education platform combined with multi-level psychological nursing.All were intervened for 7d.The scores of symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),PNB knowledge level and numerical rating scale(NRS),and compliance in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 and NRS in study group were lower than those in control group,PNB knowledge level score and compliance rate in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Online education platform combined with multi-level psychological nursing has significant nursing effect on PNB patients,which can effectively improve psychological state and cognitive level to PNB,relieve pain and improve compliance.
