新时代高职院校劳动教育与“三创”教育的耦合路径研究

摘要 以“创新、创业、创造”为核心的“三创”教育和新时代劳动教育共同承担着为社会培养、输送能解决实践问题的创造性人才的育人任务,二者在理念、内容、方式以及师资等方面有着十分紧密的联系,逻辑必然,天然耦合。在“三创”教育中融入劳动教育,并纳入高职院校课程思政体系,构建“四育融合、四位一体”的育人机制,可以形成良好的协同育人效果,达到“1+1>2”的耦合效应。目前,劳动教育与“三创”教育的耦合在实施当中存在协同育人认识不足、课程整合配置僵化、实践训练机制虚化等问题,对此,高职院校应加强顶层设计,建立递进式的教育理念;优化教学设计,构建立体多维课程体系;整合教育资源,采用贯通式的教育方法;强化内培外引,打造多样化的教师队伍;重视管理激励,构建系统协同评价机制。 The“three creations”education,centered on“innovation,entrepreneurship,creation”and labor education in the new era,jointly undertakes the educational task of cultivating creative problem-solving talents for society.Both are closely related in terms of concepts,content,methods,and faculty,forming a logical and natural coupling.Integrating labor education into the“three innovation”education,and then it was incorporated into the curriculum ideological and political system of higher vocational colleges to construct the“four education,four integration”education mechanism,so as to form a good collaborative education effect and achieve the coupling benefit of“1+1>2”.However,at present,there are some problems in the implementation of the coupling of labor education and“three innovations”education,such as insufficient understanding of collaborative education,rigid curriculum integration and allocation,and a weakened mechanism for practical training.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the top-level design,establish a progressive education concept,optimize the teaching design,construct a multi-dimensional curriculum system,integrate educational resources and implement integrated educational methods,strengthen internal training and external introduction to create a diverse team of teachers,attach importance to management incentives and build systematic collaborative evaluation mechanism.
