时代不断迭代更新,教育不断改革深化,社会对新时代高素质应用型人才提出了更高要求。当前不少高职生家国情怀与担当意识薄弱,学生职业素养有待提高,职业生涯规划能力不足,为此,必须将职业指导与思想政治教育相融合。高职院校必须全力加强理想信念教育增强学生家国担当意识,多维度拓宽培养渠道提高职业素养教育实效性,完善现代化职业指导教育体系,积极探索职业指导与思想政治教育有效融合路径,全力促进学生职业生涯可持续发展、职业教育不断改革创新、国家社会和谐发展。
