Intelligent Management of Qiantang River Tidal Safety in Hangzhou

为减少杭州市钱塘江防潮安全管理在空间和时序上的盲区和人防、技防、物防等防潮措施中存在的不足,在防潮工作人员管理、观潮人员险情识别及应急联动处置等方面采用智慧化手段,逐步实现集信息发布、文化展示、宣传教育、监测预警、应急联动、数据分析、综合管理等多功能于一体的覆盖全域的智慧防潮管理模式,并在杭州市林业水利局数智林水、滨江区城市大脑、钱塘区智慧防潮地得到应用,为防潮安全长效管理提供借鉴。

In order to reduce the spatial and temporal blind zones in tidal safety management of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou,as well as the shortcomings in tide-control measures such as staff member,technical defense,and material preparation,it is proposed that the intelligent means should be adopted in the management of tide-control personnel,danger identification of tide watchers and emergency joint disposal.Therefore,an intelligent tide-control management mode is realized with multi-functions,such as information release,cultural display,publicity and education,monitoring and early warning,emergency joint disposal,data analysis and comprehensive management covering the whole area.The intelligent mode is applied in Intelligent Forest and Water of Hangzhou Forestry and Water Conservancy Bureau,City Brain of Binjiang District and Smart Tide-control of Qiantang District,providing reference for long-term management of tidal safety.
