生态文明思想下吉林省沿边经济带建设实践研究

Research on the Practice of Building the Border Economic Belt in Jilin Province under the Concept of Ecological Civilization

沿边地区作为我国重要的对外开放窗口,不仅是承接国内国际双循环的重要节点,还是践行党的二十大报告“推进高质量对外开放”的重要平台。吉林省作为我国沿边省份、东北亚区域的地理中心、长满欧班列的起点,以生态文明思想为指导,发挥沿边地区动能推动沿边经济带与腹地互联互通作用,是促进高质量对外开放的有效途径。本文通过分析吉林省沿边经济带发展现状,探究吉林省沿边经济带建设路径,这在构建国内国际双循环的新发展格局下,对吉林省沿边经济带建设、高质量开发开放及经济振兴具有重要的现实意义。

As an important open window of China,the border area is not only an important region to undertake international and domestic circulation,but also an important platform to practice the report of the 20th CPC National Congress,“promoting high-quality opening up to the world”.Jilin Province is China’s border province,the geographical center of Northeast Asia,the starting point of the Changchun-Manchuria-Europe line(China Railway Express),guided by the concept of ecological civilization,playing the role of the border region to promote the border economic belt and the role of the hinterland interconnection,which is an effective way to promote high-quality opening up to the world.This paper analyses the current situation of the development of the border economic belt in Jilin Province and explores the paths of the construction of the border economic belt in Jilin Province,which is of great practical significance for the construction of the border economic belt in Jilin Province,high-quality development and opening up and economic revitalization under the new development pattern of constructing domestic and international circulation.
