数字普惠金融与电子商务综合发展的耦合协调关系研究——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

Research on the Coupling Coordination Relationship of the Integrated Development between Digital Inclusive Finance and E-commerce——Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial-level Panel Data

当前,数字普惠金融与电子商务已成为助力经济发展、推动产业数字化转型的重要方式。本文构建了我国电子商务综合发展的指标体系,采用熵值法测度2013—2020年各省份电子商务综合发展水平,并利用北京大学数字金融研究中心各省份数字普惠金融指数测算数字普惠金融与电子商务综合发展的耦合协调关系。结果显示:(1)我国数字普惠金融、电子商务综合发展水平均呈现稳步增长趋势,且均呈现区域异质性。(2)分区域来看,各区域电子商务发展水平、数字普惠金融指数及两者之间耦合协调关系明显,东部地区存在明显优势,中部地区发展潜力较大。(3)数字普惠金融与电子商务发展水平耦合协调度的演进处于稳定状态,未来需进一步推进两者互融互促。据此,本文提出加快优化布局数字普惠金融、充分发挥数字技术作为生产要素的关键作用、加强数字基础设施建设、持续推动建设数字普惠金融示范区等有利于创新发展数字普惠金融与电子商务结合新模式的建议,以供参考。

At present,digital inclusive finance and e-commerce have become important ways to boost economic development and promote the digital transformation of industries.This paper constructs index systems for China’s e-commerce comprehensive development,adopts the entropy value method to measure the comprehensive development level of e-commerce in each province from 2013 to 2020,and uses the index of digital inclusivefinance of each province of the Digital Finance Research Center of Peking University to measure the coupling coordination relationship of the integrated development between digital inclusive finance and e-commerce.The results show that:first,China’s digital inclusivefinance and e-commerce development both show steady growth,and both show regional heterogeneity;second,sub-regionally,the e-commerce development and the index of digital inclusivefinance in each region and the coupling coordination relationship between the two are obvious,and there is a clear advantage in the eastern regions,and the central regions have greater development potential;third,the evolution of the coupling coordination degree of digital inclusive finance and e-commerce development level are stable,and in the future,it is necessary to further promote the mutual integration and mutual promotion of the two.Accordingly,suggestions conducive to the innovative development of new modes of combining digital inclusivefinance and e-commerce,such as accelerating the optimal layout of digital inclusivefinance,giving full play to the key role of digital technology as a factor of production,strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,and continuing to promote the construction of demonstration zones for digital inclusivefinance,are put forward for reference.
