摘要
纺织产业作为中国传统支柱性产业,近年来不断朝科技和绿色的方向加速发展,《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的签署和生效也为促进后疫情时代下各成员国产品贸易的高质量发展提供了强劲助力,分析中国与RCEP成员国纺织产品的竞争性,有助于了解与其他RCEP成员国相比,中国纺织产品的国际竞争力水平。基于此,本文首先概述了中国纺织产品国际贸易的发展趋势;其次,分别采用国际市场占有率(MS)、显示性比较优势指数(RCA)和贸易竞争力指数(TC)对中国与RCEP成员国纺织产品的国际竞争力进行测度。结果表明,与其他RCEP成员国相比,中国纺织产品总体具有较强的国际竞争力,但仍有进一步提升的空间。最后,本文就进一步提升我国纺织产品的国际竞争力提出了几点建议,仅供参考。
As a traditional pillar industry in China,the textile industry has been accelerating in terms of science and technology and green development in recent years,and the signing and entry into force of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)have also provided a strong impetus to promote the high-quality development of trade in products of member countries in the post-pandemic era,and analyzing the competitiveness of China’s textile products with the textile products of RCEP members helps to understand the international competitiveness level of China’s textile products in comparison with that of other RCEP members.Based on this,in this paper,firstly,the development trends of China’s international trade in textile products are outlined.Secondly,the international competitiveness of China’s textile products with RCEP members is measured with the international market share(MS),the index of revealed comparative advantage(RCA),and the index of trade competitiveness(TC)respectively.The results show that compared with those of other RCEP members,China’s textile products have strong international competitiveness in general,but there is still room for further improvement.Finally,this paper puts forward several suggestions for further improving the international competitiveness of China’s textile products for reference.
