Value Advantage Shaping:Research on Business Model Innovation of Online Audiobook Platforms in the Era of Digital Economy

数字经济时代,数字思维和技术给网络有声读物平台商业模式创新带来了巨大影响,但数字经济推动网络有声读物平台商业模式创新的逻辑机理并不明晰。本文通过引入价值优势概念梳理数字经济推动网络有声读物商业模式创新的逻辑路径。研究发现:数字经济环境要求平台具备价值优势,在价值优势导向下,数字经济推动商业模式创新呈现出:“数字经济环境要求平台具备数字经济能力→数字经济能力驱动商业模式创新→商业模式创新塑造价值优势→平台顺应数字经济环境”的逻辑演化机理。

In the era of the digital economy,digital thinking patterns and technologies have a great impact on the business model innovation of online audiobook platforms,but the logical mechanism of the digital economy to promote the business model innovation of online audiobook platforms is not clear.In this paper,the concept of value advantage is introduced to sort out the logical paths of business model innovation of online audiobook platforms driven by the digital economy.It is found that the digital economic environment requires the platforms to have value advantages,and under the guidance of value advantage,the digital economy promotes business model innovation,which shows the following logical mechanism.The digital economic environment requires the platforms to have digital economic capabilities;digital economic capabilities drive business model innovation;business model innovation shapes value advantage;platforms adapt to the digital economic environment.
