关于零工经济的研究综述

摘要 随着互联网技术的迅速发展,网络服务外包逐渐大众化,共享经济平台大量出现,零工经济应运而生。该新型劳工模式展现出工作灵活、工作提供不确定以及互联网平台性的特征,并受社会和个人两方面因素影响。零工经济改变我国劳动力就业模式,大大拓宽劳动者的就业渠道,人力资源得以高效利用,但不可避免地给现有劳动法律法规、社保政策等带来巨大挑战,这就需要社会完善法律法规及保障制度、加强多方监管以维护雇佣关系,同时就业者需有意识地提升个人能力。基于此,本文以零工经济为研究焦点,系统梳理了零工经济与就业的相关文献,以期为后续研究提供参考借鉴。 With the rapid development of Internet technology,popularized online service outsourcing and the emergence of many sharing economy platforms,the gig economy has emerged.This new labor model shows the characteristics of flexible work,uncertain jobs and Internet platforms,and is influenced by both social and personal factors.The gig economy has changed the employment pattern of China’s labor force,greatly broadened the employment channels of workers,and made efficient use of human resources,but it has also inevitably brought great challenges to the existing labor laws and regulations and social security policies,which requires the society to improve the laws and regulations and protection systems,strengthen the supervision of multiple parties to maintain the employment relationship,and at the same time,employers themselves consciously improve their capabilities.Based on this,focusing on the gig economy,this paper systematically combs through the relevant literature on the gig economy and employment,to provide a reference for further research.
