特发性矮小症患儿血清IGF-1、25(OH)D和微量元素水平与体格发育的关系研究

摘要 目的研究特发性矮小症(ISS)患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]和微量元素水平与体格发育的关系。方法选取于2021年3月至2022年9月洛阳市妇幼保健院接收并确诊的ISS患儿80例作为观察组,另选取同期接受体格检查的健康儿童80例作为对照组。检测观察组ISS患儿和对照组健康儿童的血清IGF-1、25(OH)D及体内微量元素水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清IGF-1、25(OH)D及体内微量元素水平与ISS患儿体格发育的相关性。结果观察组血清IGF-1、25(OH)D和微量元素钙、锌、镁水平均低于对照组儿童(P<0.05);观察组身高、体重、体质量指数(BMI)水平均低于对照组儿童(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,血清IGF-1、25(OH)D和微量元素钙、锌、镁水平与ISS患儿的身高、体重及BMI水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论ISS患儿血清IGF-1、25(OH)D和微量元素水平低于正常健康儿童,ISS患儿的血清IGF-1、25(OH)D和微量元素的水平低,其体格发育差,通过对血清IGF-1、25(OH)D和微量元素的检测,可用来诊断ISS。 【Objective】To explore the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),25-dihydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],trace elements and physical development in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).【Methods】A total of 80 children with ISS treated in the hospital were enrolled as observation group between March 2021 and September 2022,while 80 healthy children undergoing physical examination during the same period were enrolled as control group.The levels of serum IGF-1,25(OH)D and trace elements in both groups were detected,and their correlation with physical development was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.【Results】The levels of IGF-1,25(OH)D and trace elements(calcium,zinc,magnesium)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),height,weight and body mass index(BMI)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that levels of IGF-1,25(OH)D and trace elements(calcium,zinc,magnesium)were positively correlated with height,weight and BMI(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The levels of serum IGF-1,25(OH)D and trace elements in ISS children are lower than those in healthy children.The levels of serum IGF-1,25(OH)D and trace elements are low,and physical development is poor in ISS children.The detection of serum IGF-1,25(OH)D and trace elements can be applied in ISS diagnosis.
