摘要
针对某高层框架剪力墙结构3层框架柱因施工原因导致柱底部分混凝土强度过低,采用高强度细石混凝土进行局部置换,并通过外粘型钢的方式进行补强。因现场条件限制,混凝土置换时支撑系统无法设置在该柱下部楼层,通过结构设计软件对主体结构进行整体建模计算,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对支撑系统进行实体模型分析,提出一种基于混凝土分批置换和预顶支撑的组合处理方案,即利用框架柱未置换的剩余截面混凝土强度的同时,通过支撑系统对其部分轴力进行预先卸载,支撑系统仅设置在该柱本层及相邻上一层。框架柱在加固处理过程中,应力、应变及位移监测数据符合预期,加固效果良好,目前已正常使用。
In view of the low strength of the concrete at the bottom of the three-story frame column of a high-rise frame shear wall structure due to construction,the high-strength fine aggregate concrete is used for local replacement and reinforced by externally bonded section steel.Due to the limitation of site conditions,the support system cannot be set on the lower floor of the column during concrete replacement.In this paper,the overall modeling calculation of the main structure is carried out through the structural design software,and the solid model analysis of the support system is carried out by using the finite element software ABAQUS.A combined treatment scheme based on concrete batch replacement and pre jacking support is proposed,that is,while using the concrete strength of the remaining section of the frame column that has not been replaced,Part of the axial force is unloaded in advance through the support system,and the support system is only set on this floor and the adjacent upper floor of the column.In the reinforcement process of frame column,the monitoring data of stress,strain and displacement meet the expectation,and the reinforcement effect is good.At present,it has been used normally,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
