推进城市老旧小区改造,对改善小区宜居环境与城市形象品质具有重要意义。对老旧小区的施工特征进行归纳和总结,从老小区的房屋结构质量评估、立面改造、加装电梯、绿化制定统一标准、地面自行车库安全隐患与改造、实用性材料选择、电力增容、引入房屋专项维修资金等方面展开研究并提出建议,从“统筹规划、细化内容、拓宽渠道、加强宣传、软硬结合”等角度提出合理可行的对策,为今后的老旧小区改造提供可借鉴的成功经验。

Promoting the transformation of old urban residential areas is of great significance to improving the livable environment of residential areas and the quality of urban image.This paper sums up the construction characteristics of the old residential area,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of building structure quality assessment,facade reconstruction,elevator installation,unified standard for greening,potential safety hazards and reconstruction of ground bicycle garages,selection of practical materials,power capacity increase,introduction of special housing maintenance funds,etc.,and from the perspective of"overall planning,refining content,broadening channels,strengthening publicity,and combining soft and hard",The reasonable and feasible countermeasures are put forward to provide successful experience for the reconstruction of old residential areas in the future.
