意义未明单克隆免疫球蛋白血症相关的心肌肥厚1例

A case report of monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance with myocardial hypertrophy

心肌肥厚是心血管疾病中常见的心脏病变,最终可导致心力衰竭。意义未明单克隆免疫球蛋白血症(MGUS)是一种以单克隆浆细胞增殖为特征的良性单克隆蛋白疾病。浆细胞异常克隆引起免疫球蛋白蓄积于体内,累及心脏可引起心肌肥厚。本研究分析了1例MGUS相关的心肌肥厚老年患者诊断及治疗过程,探讨早期诊治MGUS对改善心肌肥厚患者预后的意义。

Myocardial hypertrophy is a common cardiac disease in cardiovascular disease,which can eventually lead to heart failure.Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance(MGUS)is a benign monoclonal protein disease characterized by monoclonal plasma cell proliferation.Abnormal cloning of plasma cells causes the accumulation of immu⁃noglobulin in the body,and cardiac involvement can lead to myocardial hypertrophy.This study focused on the diagnosis and treatment process of an elderly patient with MGUS associated myocardial hypertrophy,and discussed the significance of early diagnosis and treatment of MGUS in improving the prognosis of patients with myocardial hypertrophy.
