冀北地区农村住宅生命周期碳排放分析与低碳设计策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 冀北地区农村住宅体形系数大,围护结构热工性能差,且由于盲目追求院落空间以及窗户面积,缺乏对节能减排的思考,普遍存在碳排放高的问题。通过构建冀北地区农村住宅建筑基准模型,选取建筑朝向、建筑层高、南向窗户尺寸、围护结构构造等因素,进行了冀北地区农村住宅碳排放单因素分析与正交试验,研究了各因素对建筑碳排放的影响趋势与最优低碳设计方案。结果表明:围护结构构造是影响冀北地区农村住宅生命周期碳排放的主要因素,其次是建筑层高、南向窗户尺寸及建筑朝向;基于冀北地区农村住宅建筑基准模型,得到的最优低碳设计方案中建筑朝向为南偏西15°,建筑层高为3.0 m,南向窗户宽度为2.8 m,围护结构构造为20 mm混合砂浆+250 mm草砖+饰面层,建筑生命周期单位面积碳排放量为3472.01 kgCO_(2)e/m^(2),相比于普通标准农村住宅,降低了约62.4%。 In northern Hebei Province,the shape coefficient of rural residences is large,and the thermal performance of envelope structure is poor.Due to the blind pursuit of courtyard space and window area,and the lack of thinking on energy conservation and emission reduction,the high carbon emission is widespread.The single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment of rural residence carbon emission in northern Hebei Province were conducted,and the influence trend of each factor on building carbon emission and the optimal low-carbon design strategy were researched by the construction of rural residence building benchmark model in northern Hebei Province,and selection of building orientation,building storey height,south window size,envelope structure and other factors.The results show that the envelope structure is the main factor affecting the life cycle carbon emission of rural residences in northern Hebei Province,followed by the building storey height,south window size and building orientation.Based on the building benchmark model of rural residences in northern Hebei Province,the carbon emission per unit building area in the life cycle is 3472.01 kgCO_(2)e/m^(2)in the optimal low-carbon design strategy,reducing by about 62.4%compared to the ordinary rural residence when the building orientation is 15°south by west,building storey height is 3.0 m,the width of window on south side is 2.8 m,and the envelope struture is 20 mm composite mortar+250 mm straw brick+finish coat.
