融合多源数据的福州老城区适老型整体环境质量评价研究

Evaluation research of old-appropriate overall environmental quality in the old city area of Fuzhou based on multi-source data

适老型整体环境质量评价有助于在老龄化背景下有针对性地改善人居环境和优化养老资源配置。以福州老城区45个街道为研究单元,融合多源数据,分别设计了人口老龄化水平和居住环境适老性水平评价体系,并通过构建耦合度测度模型综合评价了适老型整体环境质量。结果显示:人口老龄化水平最高的街道位于核心区和北部外缘;居住环境适老性水平最高的街道位于北部外缘;在适老型整体环境质量相对较差的街道中,人口老龄化水平明显高于和低于居住环境适老性水平的街道占比分别为27%和18%。

In the context of population aging,the evaluation of the old-appropriate overall environmental quality in the city helps to the rational improvement of the living environment and optimize the allocation of supporting resources for the elderly.Forty-five blocks in the old city area of Fuzhou were taken as the research unit and the multi-source data was integrated.Two evaluation systems of population aging level and adaptability level for the elderly were designed.Then a coupling degree measure model between them was built for the comprehensive evaluation of old-appropriate overall environmental quality.The results show that the blocks with the highest population aging level in the old city area are located in the core area and the northern edge.The blocks with the highest adaptability level for the elderly are located in the northern edge.In the blocks with relatively poor old-appropriate overall environmental quality,the proportion of blocks with the population aging level significantly higher and lower than that of adaptability level for the elderly is 27%and 18%respectively.
