Collaborative Multi-value Chain Simulation of Spatial Digital Elevation Statistics for Manufacturing Production Risk Modelling Research

随着全球产业价值链的调整升级,一个国家如何在固有状态下有效提升在全球价值链中的地位和作用成为经济发展的关键。制造业作为能源经济发展的基础化产业,提升其产业基础能力和风险管控水平具有重要意义。从多价值链协同角度对制造生产风险进行研究,建立了模拟空间数字高程统计模型,对影响制造生产风险的多维影响因素进行统计分析,设定多价值链协同的制造生产风险决策目标及约束条件,建立了制造生产风险决策模型,提出对制造业生产经营有效的风险管理策略。研究结果表明,只有保障生产规模在合理范围内,才能使得多价值链各环节风险协同降低,从而有效控制整体制造生产风险水平。

With the adjustment and upgrading of global industrial value chain,how a country can effectively enhance its position and role in the global value chain in its inherent state becomes the key to economic development.As a fundamental industry for the de-velopment of energy economy,it is important to improve its industrial foundation capacity and risk management level.The manufactur-ing production risk was studied from the perspective of multi-value chain synergy.A simulated spatial digital elevation model was estab-lished to analyze the multidimensional influencing factors affecting manufacturing production risk.The manufacturing production risk decision objectives and constraints of multi-value chain synergy were set.The manufacturing production risk decision model was deve-loped to propose effective risk management strategies for manufacturing production operations.The research results show that only by ensuring that the production scale is within a reasonable range can the risk of each link of the multi-value chain be reduced collabora-tively,so as to effectively control the overall manufacturing production risk level.
