摘要
斜楔机构是解决制件上需要侧修、侧冲和侧整的特殊机构,其结构独特,方便安装的优点在模具上普遍使用,而当制件结构对称两边都需要侧加工,由于制件过小,模具空间有限,无法布局两个斜楔机构工作,则只能在两副模具或者一副模具两工位上分别安装两个斜楔机构,这样就大大增加了制件的成本。若使用新设计的非标双面斜楔即可实现一副模具侧修对称边的工作内容,可大大降低制件的制造成本。介绍了双面斜楔在模具中的应用场景及非标双面斜楔机构的结构组成。
The oblique wedge mechanism is a special mechanism to solve the problem of side-repairing,side-punching and side-aligning on the part,and it is widely used in the die because of its unique structure and convenient installation,because the parts are too small and the die space is limited,two wedge mechanisms can not be arranged to work,so two wedge mechanisms can only be installed on two sets of dies or two work stations of one set of die respectively.This paper introduces the application of double-sided wedge in die and the structure of non-standard double-sided wedge mechanism.
