摘要
光学硅胶材料在汽车照明领域应用广泛,其中矩阵式硅胶ADB透镜由于其良好的耐候性、光透过率和优异的黄变性能逐渐替代PMMA透镜成为目前汽车前照灯高端车系照明模组中的重要光学零部件,较多的光齿结构和矩阵式LED光源结合,辅助毫米波雷达,实现了智能防眩晕功能。目前,矩阵式硅胶透镜的设计方案处在初级阶段,其模具设计理念依旧停留在塑胶模具设计阶段或非精密光学硅胶模具设计阶段。汽车照明领域对硅胶产品有着特殊要求,如高光镜面、翘曲变形小及无披锋飞边等设计需求,故光学硅胶的应用范围要大大小于塑胶材料。主要针对光学矩阵式硅胶透镜的结构,模具设计注意事项,精密注射成型解决方案进行阐述说明,以增加硅胶件合格率。
At present,optical silica gel materials are widely used in the field of automotive lighting.Among them,matrix silica gel ADB lenses have gradually replaced PMMA lenses due to their good weather resistance,light transmittance and excellent yellowing performance.Important optical components in the module,more optical tooth structures are combined with matrix LED light sources to assist millimeter-wave radar to achieve intelligent anti-stun function.At present,the design scheme of the matrix silicone lens is in the initial stage,and its mold design concept still stays in the plastic mold design stage or the non-precision optical silicone mold design stage.The field of automotive lighting has special requirements for silicone products,such as high-gloss mirror,small warpage deformation and no cape flyedge design requirements,which basically declares that the application scope of optical silicone is much smaller than that of plastic materials.This paper mainly explains the structure of optical matrix silicone lens,precautions for mold design,precision injection molding,product problem determination and solutions to increase product qualification rate.
