自动脱螺纹尾螺帽注射模设计

摘要 尾螺帽是航空电连接器的外部结构部件,在电连接器的结构中起到覆盖保护内部零件的作用。其内部结构含内螺纹,用于螺纹连接保护的零件。成型塑料制品的螺纹结构的关键在于螺纹的脱模设计。若生产效率要求不高的情况下,可采用螺纹型芯顶出结构,即采用带着螺纹型芯共同出模的方式,手动拧出螺纹零件。自动脱螺纹机构的模具设计可实现高效生产。基于UG创建模具的三维组件,直观展现模具的自动脱螺纹机构,结合数据计算,确保设计的合理性与可靠性。后续在注塑机上进行压制测试,确保脱螺纹结构运动流畅,模具便于生产,具备较高的使用寿命,研究塑压参数,压制出合格的塑件。项目为具有内螺纹的塑件注射模设计提供了一整套的设计与应用方案。 The tail nut is an important component of the avionics connector.It serves to cover and protect internal parts in the structure of electrical connectors.It has internal threads in its internal structure for connecting other parts.The key point of design lies in the demoulding design of threads.When production efficiency requirements are not so high,threaded cores are used to eject products.The automatic thread release design is an efficient mold release method.Base on UG three-dimensional simulation,it can display the structural composition of automatic thread removal.Participated in pressure testing on the injection machine,the mold is convenient to use,the mechanism moves smoothly,and has a high service life.Study the plastic pressing parameters to press qualified products.The project provides a complete set of design and application solutions for the design of injection molds for internally threaded plastic products.
