摘要 为全面优化机械加工精准度,要结合机械加工制造要求落实数控加工技术方案,建立可控科学的加工体系,维持机械加工制造综合发展的可控水平,实现项目多元化发展,为技术研究综合转型提供保障。介绍了数控加工技术的相关内容,并对机械加工制造中数控加工技术应用领域予以探讨,最后对加工程序设定以及仿真展开讨论。 In order to comprehensively optimize the accuracy of mechanical processing,it is necessary to implement CNC machining technology solutions based on the requirements of mechanical processing and manufacturing,establish a controllable and scientific machining system,maintain a controllable level of comprehensive development of mechanical processing and manufacturing,achieve diversified development of projects,and provide guarantees for comprehensive transformation of technical research.This article briefly introduces the relevant content of CNC machining technology,explores the application fields of CNC machining technology in mechanical manufacturing,and finally discusses the setting of machining programs and simulation.
