摘要
在钢铁冶金行业中,热风炉是一种重要的加热设备。它能够提供高温空气来干燥物料、预热后续工序等。随着国家对环保要求越来越高,传统的燃煤或燃气热风炉已经不能满足新时代下的生产需要了。文章通过内燃式热风炉燃烧器结构设计及数值模拟,研究出一种新型燃烧器,以期为相关学者提供参考。
In the steel and metallurgical industry,hot blast furnaces are an important heating equipment.It can provide high-temperature air to dry materials,preheat subsequent processes,and so on.With the increasing demand for environmental protection by the country,traditional coal-fired or gas-fired hot blast furnaces can no longer meet the production needs of the new era.This article studies a new type of burner through the structural design and numerical simu⁃lation of an internal combustion hot air stove,in order to provide reference for relevant scholars.
