摘要
文章以斗轮堆取料机前臂为研究对象,以优化设计所面临的不确定要素为依据,综合考虑负载、结构参数和材料性能等参数,对优化设计方法加以确定。在此基础上,出于提升计算精度和效率的考虑,建立Kriging模型,根据确定性优化所得到结果,对前臂进行可靠性优化。事实证明,全新设计方法既可使前臂自重得到控制,又可使优化结果更加科学且可靠,可以大范围推广。
The article takes the front arm of a bucket wheel stacker reclaimer as the research object,based on the uncertain factors faced in optimization design,and comprehensively consid⁃ers parameters such as load,structural parameters,and material performance,to determine the optimization design method.On this basis,in order to improve computational accuracy and effi⁃ciency,a Kriging model is established,and reliability optimization is carried out on the forearm based on the results obtained from deterministic optimization.It has been proven that the new design method can not only control the weight of the forearm,but also make the optimization re⁃sults more scientific and reliable,which can be widely promoted.
