摘要
山东港口烟台港矿石公司41#~48#门机从投入生产至今,平衡梁支座轴承出现多次损坏,平衡梁支座下铰点内孔磨损严重,轴线发生了偏移,平衡梁支座铰点两侧无法满足同心度要求,针对这一状况我们采用加工长短轴套进行调整小拉杆偏移误差,但经过调整后无法彻底保障门机可靠运行,经研究决定将支座的滚动轴承改用球磨铜套代替,经过试用效果良好。
Shandong Port Yantai Port Ore Company 41#~48#door machine from the pro⁃duction so far,balance beam support bearing has been damaged many times,balance beam sup⁃port lower hinge point inner hole wear is serious,axis has shifted,balance beam support hinge point on both sides can not meet the concentricity requirements,in view of this situation we use the processing long and short shaft sleeve to adjust the small tie rod offset error,but after ad⁃justment can not completely ensure the reliable operation of the door machine,after research decided to replace the rolling bearing of the support with ball mill copper sleeve,after the trial effect is good.
