某电驱冷却系统的一维及三维联合仿真

摘要 为提高整车热管理系统的仿真效率和精度,文章以某电驱冷却系统为例,采用一维及三维联合仿真的方式,利用三维仿真获取空气侧支路的各项性能参数,后导入一维软件中进行计算,评估电驱冷却支路所需的最低流量。最终确定在使用现有风扇和散热器的情况下,电驱路流量至少需达到16L/min才能满足冷却系统≤100℃的要求。 In order to improve the simulation efficiency and accuracy of the vehicle thermal management system,this paper takes an electric drive cooling system as an example,adopts the one-dimensional and three-dimensional co-simulation method,obtains the performance parameters of the air side branch by three-dimensional simulation,and then imports the one-dimensional software for calculation,and evaluates the minimum flow required by the electric drive cooling branch.Finally,it is determined that when the existing fan and radiator are used,the electric drive flow must be at least 16 L/min to meet the requirement that the cooling system≤100℃.
