摘要
为了实现花键轴叉的轻量化,文章对花键轴叉进行优化设计,采用叉头和厚壁无缝钢管摩擦焊成一体,绘制三维模型,并借助有限元分析软件对传动轴总成进行受力分析,根据分析结果对零件优化改进,并对其进行验证分析,从而保证轻量化花键轴叉的强度满足设计要求。
In order to realize the lightweight of slip shaft yoke,the slip shaft yoke is optimally designed by friction welding of yoke and thick wall seamless steel tube,the 3D model is drawn,and the force of transmission shaft assembly is analyzed by using the finite element analysis.The slip shaft yoke is optimized and improved according to the analysis results,and the verification analysis is carried out to ensure that the strength of lightweight slip shaft yoke meets the design requirements.
