基于CDIO理念的汽车技术专业人才培养模式实践

摘要 随着全国高新技术和现代制造业的发展,社会各行业迫切需要高级技术型人才。文章以洛阳职业技术学院具有多年办学经验的汽车技术专业为依托,提出了一种基于构思、设计、实现和运作(CDIO)理念的技术型人才培养模式。以汽车技术专业为例,通过研究课程体系、培养模式等,探索该理念对高职院校技术型人才培养的意义。该理念能更好地利用学校的教学资源和教学理念,培养具有创新精神,满足社会和企业需求的高级技术型人才。 With the development of high and new technology and modern manufacturing industry in China,advanced technical talents are urgently needed in all sectors of society.Based on the automotive technology major of Luoyang Polytechnic,which has many years of experience in running schools,this paper puts forward a training mode of technical talents based on the concept of conceive,design,implement,and operate(CDIO).Taking automotive technology major as an example,this paper explores the significance of the concept to the training of technical talents in higher vocational colleges by studying the curriculum system and training mode.This concept can make better use of the school's teaching resources and teaching concepts,and cultivate advanced technical talents with innovative spirit to meet the needs of society and enterprises.
