摘要
塑造主流舆论新格局、建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,是全媒体传播体系建设的价值旨归。历代中国共产党人都非常重视意识形态工作和媒体建设。社会主义意识形态工作与全媒体传播体系建设在党性、人民性、时代性原则下实现了路径归一。从系统性视角出发,媒介融合发展的“四全”格局是传统媒体和新兴媒体融合发展的实践导向。在媒体深度融合发展的全媒体时代,建设社会主义意识形态全媒体传播体系,应在“四全媒体”的格局上实现意识形态全媒体传播的全战线联动、全文本承载、全时空触达与全数据融汇。
To shape the new pattern of mainstream public opinion and construct the socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading power is the value purport of the construction of the all-media communication system.The successive generations of Communists attach great importance to ideological work and media construction,and the construction of socialist ideology and the construction of all-media communication system have realized the path normalization under the principles of Party spirit,people and times.From the systematic perspective,the“four-all”pattern of media convergence development is the practice direction of the convergence development of traditional and emerging media.In the all-media era when the media is deeply integrated and developed,the construction of the socialist ideological all-media communication system should also strive to achieve the full-front linkage,full-text bearing,full-space access and full data collection of the ideological all-media communication system in the pattern of“four-all-media”.
