自锁托槽矫治器联合口腔正畸在牙颌畸形矫正中的应用

Application of Self-Locking Bracket Appliance Combined With Orthodontics in the Correction of Dental and Maxillary Deformities

目的分析牙颌畸形矫正中自锁托槽矫治器联合口腔正畸的应用效果及矫正后美观度情况。方法本研究于2020年10月—2021年10月总计纳入兖矿新里程总医院口腔科收治的70例牙颌畸形患者为研究对象。入组后,以不透明信封法进行分组,抽取35例分入对照组,予以传统矫治器完成矫治。抽取35例分入观察组,予以自锁托槽矫治器联合口腔正畸完成矫治。对比不同矫治方案治疗效果、治疗后牙周健康程度、炎性因子水平以及口腔美观度、咬合能力和咀嚼功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后牙周指标和炎性因子水平低于对照组,口腔美观度、咀嚼和咬合评分高于对照组,患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙颌畸形选择自锁托槽矫治器联合口腔正畸矫正治疗总体效果理想,能够确切改善牙周健康程度,降低炎性因子水平,促进口腔功能恢复,患者对矫治效果满意度高,具备临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of selflocking bracket appliance combined with orthodontics in the correction of dentofacial deformity and the aesthetic condition after correction.Methods In this study,a total of 70 patients with dental deformations admitted to the department of stomatology,Yankuang New Journey General Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were included as research objects.After entering the group,35 cases were divided into groups by opaque envelope method,and divided into control group,which was treated by traditional appliance.Thirty-five cases were selected and divided into observation group,and were treated with self-locking bracket appliance combined with orthodontics.The therapeutic effects,periodontal health,inflammatory factors,oral aesthetics,occlusal ability and chewing function of different orthodontic schemes were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of periodontal indexes and inflammatory factors after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the scores of oral aesthetics,chewing and occlusion were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of patient satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-locking bracket appliance combined with orthodontic treatment for dentomaxillary deformity has an ideal overall effect,which can definitely improve periodontal health,reduce inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of oral function.Patients are highly satisfied with the correction effect,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
