中医定向透药疗法对慢性肾衰竭患者腰酸乏力的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Penetration Therapy on Lumbar Acid Weakness in Patients With Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨中医定向透药疗法对慢性肾衰竭患者腰酸乏力的作用及影响。为慢性肾衰竭患者腰酸乏力症状的改善提供一定的依据。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月在福建中医药大学附属人民医院肾病科住院治疗的60例符合纳入排除标准的患者,随机将其分为干预组及对照组,每组30例。两组患者均予以常规治疗,干预组在其基础上给予中医定向透药疗法,每天1次,每次20 min,治疗10 d。治疗后,比较两组患者腰酸乏力症状及肾功能[血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、尿素氮、肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)]的变化情况。结果治疗后,干预组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者腰酸乏力症状均较前有所改善,且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者肾功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法对缓解慢性肾衰竭患者腰酸乏力具有一定的作用,且有助于改善其肾功能水平。

Objective To explore the effect and influence of traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on lumbar acid fatigue in patients with chronic renal failure.To provide a certain basis for the improvement of lumbar acid and fatigue symptoms in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the department of nephrology,Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the intervention group and the control group were given routine treatment.On this basis,the intervention group was given traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy,once a day,20 min each time,for 10 days.After treatment,the changes of lumbar acid,fatigue symptoms and renal function [(serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)] were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of lumbar acid and fatigue were improved in both groups,but the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The renal function index of intervention group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy has a certain effect on relieving lumbar acid fatigue in patients with chronic renal failure,and it is helpful to improve their renal function.
