摘要
在我国全面推进新型农业现代化的当下,复合肥企业的转型发展迎来多重契机。尤其是对复合肥企业的营销管理人员而言,如何适应新型农业现代化的趋势,改进营销管理的工作思路和举措,已然成为企业工作中的重大议题。该文据此探讨新型农业现代化背景下国内复合肥企业规模化营销管理工作的现状及必要性,着重分析复合肥企业开展规模化营销管理的思路和策略,同时阐述个人对此议题的理解和建议。
In the comprehensive promotion of new agricultural modernization in China,the transformation and development of compound fertilizer enterprises ushered in multiple opportunities.Especially for the marketing management personnel of compound fertilizer enterprises,how to adapt to the trend of new agricultural modernization and improve the working ideas and measures of marketing management has become a major issue in the work of enterprises.This paper discusses the current situation and necessity of scale marketing management of domestic compound fertilizer enterprises in the context of new agricultural modernization,mainly analyzes the ideas and strategies of scale marketing management of compound fertilizer enterprises,and expounds the personal understanding and suggestions on this topic.
