摘要 分析2个建筑钢结构焊缝超声波探伤失误因素,包括选用焊缝探伤探头规格、探伤方法未充分考虑实际焊缝构造特点及探伤表面回波能量补偿不合理、反射回波信息分析失误。通过理论分析及试验比对,提出了避免钢结构焊缝超声波探伤缺陷漏检或误判措施。首先采用小晶片探头(5P6×6系列)分析焊缝构造特点;其次探伤对比反射体试块表面状况应与所检构件相同或类似,探伤方法宜采用直射法和多次反射法相结合;最后要提高检测人员对反射回波信号分析的技能,有效区分真伪缺陷回波信息。 The factors of ultrasonic flaw detection errors of two building steel structure welds are analyzed,including the selection of weld flaw detection probe specifications,the flaw detection method doesn’t fully consider the actual weld structure characteristics,the detection surface echo energy compensation is unreasonable,and the reflection echo information analysis error.Through theoretical analysis and experimental comparison,the measures to avoid missed flaw detection or misjudgment of ultrasonic flaw detection in steel structure welds are proposed.Firstly,the characteristics of weld structure are analyzed,and the small chip probe(5P6×6 series)is used.Secondly,the surface condition of the reflective test block should be the same or similar to that of the tested component,and the flaw detection method should be combined with the direct method and the multiple reflection method.Finally,it is necessary to improve the flaw detection personnel’s skills in analyzing the reflected echo signal and effectively distinguish the true and false defect echo information.
